Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any games that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept credit card payment. All prices are in British Pounds [£ GBP], however if you are shopping from North America, Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, JCB and Delta cards and you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

You can also pay via Paypal. Sadly we are not able to accept payments via Amex, Maestro or cheques that are not from a UK bank.

Note:
Once you have received confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Shipping is calculated according to the weight of the products you order. Buying two or more products will probably mean less shipping cost per product as our contract with Parcelforce kicks in, so how about adding a game or a book for a friend as well.

The customer is responsible for entering their Address and Post Code correctly and for collecting from the Post Office or Parcelforce if they are not in when delivery is attempted. We will notify you when items are returned to us as the Post Office or Parcelforce has been unable to deliver. In this circumstance we will charge you for the Postal element of your order again before we will ship your order back to you. Note that you can choose a separate Delivery Address when you place your order.

All shipping is done using the Post Office or ParcelForce. You may select the quality of service you wish.

Delivery Schedule Games Lore Ltd generally despatch orders next business day where products are in stock, it may take up to 10 business days where products are not in stock. If a longer time period is required we will notify you by email and you may then choose to cancel your order or to wait as you prefer.

Not all countries outside the EU are currently loaded within our shipping database, if you wish to order and your country is not represented please let us know and we will be happy to load it for you.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All prices include VAT at the prevailing national VAT Rate as appropriate. Orders for countries outside the EU are processed with no VAT as local Taxes will be applied on arrival. Note that Games Lore Ltd are not liable for local taxes and these remain the responsibility of the customer.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption provided by the Worldpay software. They are only decrypted after they reach the computer belonging to the credit card clearance company, WorldPay. They are not held in clear text on any web site nor do Games Lore Ltd ever see your credit card number. Guarantee Games Lore Ltd guarantees, to the best of our ability, to ensure that the product you receive will be complete and fit for it's intended use. If this is not the case then you have up to 7 days from the day after you received the product to return it to us for a full refund. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage to Games Lore Ltd. Your Rights

You have the right to cancel your order with us, this can be done up to 7 days from the day after the goods are received by you. In the event of cancellation you must notify us either by email to cancellations@gameslore.com or in writing to Paul Bryant, The Laurels, Stars Lane, Cold Hatton, Telford, TF6 6PZ. You must return the product to us at the address shown. We will return the cost of the product within 30 days of notice of cancellation and after receipt of your return. The customer is responsible for paying both the outbound and return postage.

The terms of this contract do not affect your statutory rights.

Our standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. If no one is available to answer your call please leave a message on the answerphone and we will get back to you. All calls will be charged by your telephone company at standard rates.

Privacy Policy
Games Lore Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy We have every confidence in our games and puzzles, however if you are dissatisfied with your purchase our returns policy is as follows;

Damaged or faulty goods
To return a damaged or faulty item please phone us first for authorisation. Wrap your returns securely before mailing back to us with your original invoice. All goods must be returned [by recorded post] within 7 working days of you notifying us of the fault. We will replace faulty products with the same item, or refund you if the item is no longer available. This policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of the goods, or 37 days from dispatch {whichever is sooner}.

Refunds
You may return any item - in its original condition - within 7 days of receipt, or within 16 days of dispatch {whichever is sooner}. We will refund your money once we have received and processed the product. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.

Exchanges
Sorry, we cannot exchange products unless they are faulty or the wrong product was dispatched as a result of our error.
